Sam and Vicki
Ellingwood took over the family farm which has been in the family for over 100
years and in 1999 established Bigwood Trees. During that first year, Bigwood Trees
planted a few hundred maples, oaks, and pine trees. Since that
time, we have grown over 15,000 trees. The variety
of species and cultivars have increased to included many different shade and
ornamental trees.
